My name is Jessie Wilson and I am a Qualified Nutritionist from Victoria, Australia. I'm a Single Mum to a little boy, I've been a Barista for 10 years and  I've always loved cooking and creating healthy recipes and I am so proud to be sharing them with you all.

I myself have been on a journey of weight loss, My heaviest weight was 95kgs after I had my son and it took me almost 2 years to gain a healthy relationship with food again. I worked so hard in the gym but couldn't understand why the scales weren't moving. I'm thankful for getting a coach and being introduced to counting macros because it helped me see food for food and enjoy everything again without guilt.

Having been on my own journey I know how hard it can be and I am here to help.

My first eBook was such a HUGE success that I have so many more recipes on my list to share and more will be on the way soon.  I am currently taking clients for one-on-one Nutrition Coaching.
